Have not posted in a awhile Hope everyone had a GREAT Thanksgiving We are leaving for WDW Sunday for 5 nights at Saratoga Springs we would like to meet some fellow Disers and will be at the T-Rex bar Sunday at about 1:00 My wife will be wearing a large black hat so you can't miss us - I will check back before we leave Hope some of us can meet

Hello fellow Tortolans.....sorry for the disappearing act lately.

Spent most of Thanksgiving week at the Disney's Vero Beach resort with limited internet.

Hope everyone is doing well.

LOVED the pics of the furry members of the family....Kaz-I've always wanted a Dalmation - they're beautiful animals.

I used to have a long haired black cat (Onyx) who used to play catch with me. He would bring me his pink octopus and drop it in my lap and wait for the to throw it, then he would go get it and bring it back for more.

THought of all my UK friends when I was in Spain....we went to Gibraltar & I was able to buy a bar of what I think is AMAZING chocolate (I think it's called Bonneville?? It's a red wrapper).

Indianapolis electrical workers union volunteers string ropes of garland and lights on the monument in the center of the city.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving there is a big tree lighting party with a stage set up, singers, sometimes performances from Dance Schools in the area. Santa comes and he lights the tree with the help of a child who has won the privilege from a coloring contest by turning a big key and the other big key was turned by the Mayor and his family.

We went one year and FROZE so this year we watched it on TV while Tom put together shelving units to install in our closets.

This is a picture taken from underneath looking up.

And one of the "toy" Soldiers that alternates with Sailors (since it is the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument) and are probably over 8 feet tall. I have never stood near one to get an idea.

No shopping here, but I am actually getting some stuff done around the house. Still have lots to go, THEN I think I'm calling "The Maids" to come in and do the deep cleaning.

Hubby wanted a black and decker car/house industrial scrub brush, which DS got for him.. DS wanted a Dragon statue/sword.. which I bought him.. I got the annual underware and socks.. Now, i'm stumped
