I chose the lazy, but more efficient "Do it online" method!

A milestone of sorts today, my last full work week. Next week, this time we'll ne getting ready to leave for dinner in WDW. Also, it will be our one year wedding anniversary to the day.

It looks like it's shaping up to be a near perfect trip. I say near perfect because, well let's be frank, look at who we'll be in WDW with.

Oh well this is the cross we must bare. One soldiers on, somehow.

I wish I could say everything was rickety-boo at work. My boss was out today for pre-surgury stuff for a knee operation on Monday. She called me today, I have 3 days to pull together a rescue plan for a project I was recently thrown on, and identify how to pull it off, the risks and the plan to mitigate risks. I also have to prepare someone else to present it and represent it in my absence.

Talk about pressure! And rude! Don't these people know that time is of the essence and I have ensembles to pull together for a cruise?

I've worked fior her for 9 years, at 2 different companies, you would think she would know better.

On the Westbound Panama Canal cruise in May 2008 several couples got together some evenings for cookies at Cove cafe and called themselves Geezers since they chose that over going to the clubs.

Early in our planning for this cruise it was suggested that we establish that as a scheduled event since many people on that cruise and also on this one wished they had known about it. The coffee making lady was pleased to have the group each night they came.

But, Geezers Of All Ages do not want their vacations to be "scheduled" they want to relax, so no one wants to set a time or volunteer as coordinator.

If you or anyone else has any suggestions and wants to chime in--have at it

I was originally supposed to be in charge of the geezer meet but haven't been on the thread regularly. DH and I love the adult entertainment in Rockin Bar D after late dinner so that is where we head. I would suggest having an impromptu meet every evening after late dinner and whoever wants to come later after the show can join in. If no one is there it really doesn't matter since we won't have traveled far to get there. Cove Cafe is our favorite place to relax any time of day, especially the comfy chairs outside.

So........I was trying on clothes tonight for WDW and the B2B cruises. You would think since I have known about this cruise since May/June 2008 that I would have lost lots of weight so that my clothes would fit well. Unfortunately, this is the "norm" for me. Maybe one day

Thanks GG! I will give Harry the message. Would you like us to return the hat when we get back? Harry's hair is beginning to fall out. DD Shannon the dog groomer is going to bring her dog clippers home this weekend to shave his head. She is really anxious to do this. It would freak me out.
