I had a really rough week last week and, unfortunately, it took a toll on the amount of exercise I did. I didn't get near as much in as I had planned. I doubt I will make goal this month, but I am going to do as much as I can and I will know better how to plan my minutes for next month. :)

Running minutes on Thursday Friday Saturday and this morning brings me to 822/1200. Thanks for hosting. :)

30 minutes of yoga yesterday.

Looking forward to a 4-day weekend (schools closed here Thursday and Friday for Rosh Hashanah). I celebrate the holiday, so that means lots of tempting food, especially challah bread and my mom's stuffed cabbage...but I will keep up with my exercise!

Today is my niece's birthday. We will be celebrating together Friday evening, as my sister is making a big Italian dinner. Lol this is what happens when you're Italian AND Jewish! ;)

Adding one hour today for a Total Body Cardio fix and Pilates fix from 21-day fix.

I've really been enjoying this program, with modifications for my lower back of course. I don't follow their food plan because I follow weight watchers already, but I bought the set for the workouts. They're very basic but tough and they work well. I've been using them since early August. I think next week I will combine their upper body, lower body and pilates DVDs with cardio from turbo jam but modified so I don't twist or bend. I like the music in those DVDs...it keeps me wanting to move!

Adding 90 minutes since last posting. Gym, walking 725/900 total so far.oops bad math..... 735/900 total!

sounds pretty yummy! I love making bread from scratch. I've thought about trying to make challah bread, but I haven't tried it yet.
