I had a really rough week last week and, unfortunately, it took a toll on the amount of exercise I did. I didn't get near as much in as I had planned. I doubt I will make goal this month, but I am going to do as much as I can and I will know better how to plan my minutes for next month.![]()

30 minutes of yoga yesterday.
Looking forward to a 4-day weekend (schools closed here Thursday and Friday for Rosh Hashanah). I celebrate the holiday, so that means lots of tempting food, especially challah bread and my mom's stuffed cabbage...but I will keep up with my exercise!
Today is my niece's birthday. We will be celebrating together Friday evening, as my sister is making a big Italian dinner. Lol this is what happens when you're Italian AND Jewish!![]()
