Oh, I know what you mean. Sometimes the little things turn into bigger things. My 15 minutes usually only turn into 30, unless the kids are gone or asleep. So, the FlyLady method works in my house. Otherwise, I will do the same thing, go hours & hours. One day, I spent several hours cleaning out the entire fridge. I pulled out everything, threw away a few science experiments, then took out each & every shelf and drawer. Chris was in complete shock!!!

Whew - still here and think I read most of the posts for the past week. Thanks to all for your well wishes. Matt and I both went to Iowa for the service and it was a good family weekend.

I'm delinquent in those photos and must get them out today - Amy I PM'd you back sorry for the tardy response.

Cindy I hope you guys have a BLAST at WDW - what a great trip!

Mark the litho looks awesome - me thinks you should go into business.

We're packing the house up as we move next week.. of course we don't have a new home but who needs somewhere to live? LOL

You'll have to tell us about it. We want to try that out, but with so many good restaurants in the area, it's scary to take a chance on something new. I hate sitting at a restaurant thinking "we could have gone to....."

Well I did the luncheon at Bucca Di Peppe.
It was a promotional luncheon for a guy in the office we call the "Candy Man". He kept us supplied with the much needed chocolate to make it thru the day.
Well the menu consisted of Mixed greens, Bruchetta, Pasta Marinera, Pasta primevera, Lemon Chicken, Eggplant Parm, and last but not least a desert assortment.
I am happy to report that everything was just scrumptious. The pasta primevera had an alfreda like sauce with various squash, mushrooms, carrots, & broccoli in it, but my favorite was the eggplant parm.

I love Buca's eggplant parm!

Have a good weekend, everyone! :flower:

We're just about ready to go. Cameron's finishing up getting dressed. The limo should be here shortly.

I feel like this :Pinkbounc because Cameron & I are going to WDW. I'm looking forward to having some 1 on 1 time with Cameron. A rarity with life being busy so often.

I feel like this  leaving the rest of my family behind. I worry about Walker -- 5 days is a long time to be apart. The most we've ever been. So far, he seems to be doing better than I am in that department. :guilty: I know he'll be fine with Gary and they will have a great time camping. :cheer2:

Amy & Cheryl, hopefully we'll meet up on Sunday. :cool1:

TTFN!

Cindy & Cameron - hope you have a great time.

Happy Birthday Cameron! :bday:

I'm sure you have already left, but.......

:bounce:Have a great time and Happy Birthday to Cameron :bounce:

Now that I'm actually reading the letter. I didn't read it at first, I just grabbed the CD! It says "thanks for joining us again in paradise. Maybe only Castaway Club members from before this cruise got it? :confused3 Or maybe you'll get yours with you Castaway Club card??

Brandon called us the other night... SO EXCITED! :Pinkbounc He got a Castaway Club cd addressed to him!!! It was so cute listening to him tell about a S E V E N day cruise... and.. it was only 849 for adults... kids were less :rotfl2: Then he said there was even a cd to help you remember all the fun you had on the last cruise...

Gee... do you think he would like to go on another cruise??? ...mmm I wonder!

We didn't get one... but he did. Maybe it was to first time cruisers???

How cute!! I don't know the rhyme or reason behind them sending those CDs, because we got one, and we aren't first time cruisers. Who knows, but it was fun to get.

I love it that Brandon got one! Disney magic at it's finest!

We aren't first time cruisers either and we got one. :confused3

"only" 849. I love it when kids use the word "only" in front of any dollar amount, no matter how riduculous!! "look mom, these shoes are 'only' $125!"

Deanna's school had "Donuts with Dad" Day yesterday. Each of the kids had a paper to fill out and give to dad (or special person). It was preprinted with "Certificate of Appreciation to Dad because....." Deanna filled in "He pays for our cruises". I thought it was :rotfl: , but John just did this  He said I had a sickness and I was corrupting our daughter :rotfl2: I don't know what his problem is it's ONLY $849!!!! :rotfl:

Although the flight was a bit bumpy, Cindy and Cameron arrived safely in Orlando somewhere around 10:00am CST.

My job and life have kept me away from the boards...

I hope that Emily had a wonderful birthday! It is sad how fast they grow up! My "baby" will be 4 in February and her sister will be 8 in January.

I'm sure Cindy and Cameron are having a wonderful time. Glad that they made it to FL safely.

I read something about the DCL....

"Disney also is expanding the itinerary of Magic's sister ship, Wonder, to spice up its current roster of three- and four-night Caribbean cruises."

Has anyone heard anything about this?

Do you think they are talking about the 10 and 11 day cruises that the Wonder is doing next September?

For the 3 or 4 night does anyone know if there is anywhere close enough for them to go? Now, I'd like to take a 4 night cruise, spend Monday & Tuesday at CC and a sea day on Wednesday. They could have some really cool evening parties - maybe a bonfire or something!! Oh what the heck how about Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at CC!!!

Thanks for the update Gary. Next time you talk to them please wish Cameron a Happy Birthday from us. I'm sure they are having a great time!

When we were talking to some of the DVC folks on the Member Cruise they said the only real locations a 4 day could go and still go to CC would be Nassau, Key West or Charleston.

They won't do an overnight at CC because of all the bugs that come out after dark.

Makes you wonder were all the bugs hide during the day. I don't remember seeing any the day we were at Castaway Cay. They must be nocturnal?!

As far as I'm concerned we could split all of our time between days at sea and Castaway. There is just so much to do and so little time!
