I received some good mail yesterday from Disney Cruise Line - - our itinerary planning packet!! Now, our trip really seems official. Anyone else doing the happy mail dance??

Quick question- Anyone with children around 4 at the time of the cruise already stating they do not want to go into the childrens club? Anyway to proceed with this situation if your children did this when they were younger?

My DD was 3 the first time we cruised and she also was very very hesitant about going into the Club. The first time we dropped her off, we got the page that she was ready to be picked up within 2 hours. The next day, however, we dropped her off again and kept expecting the page, but it never came. Finally, after 4 hours, we went and got her. Even after spending 4 hours at the Club she was having so much fun that she didn't want to come hang out with us (but we bribed her with swimming and ice cream so that rectified that situation - LOL). She's very excited this trip about being in the 5-7 year old Club, and I fully expect that we're going to have to drag her away every day from the Club. However, it will be nice to get to spend some guilt-free adult time with DH since I know that DD will be having a blast.

We got our planning/itinerary kit today, too! It was funny because last week I ordered the DCL DVD for my kids to watch and that's what I thought I got in the mail. So I'm flipping through everything going, "Where's the stupid DVD?" Then I decided to read the cover letter - duh!
