I just called to try and make reservations for Cindy's for breakfast. There weren't any openings, but they did have a table for 4 on September 24 for the Princess Storybook breakfast. I believe it was for 10:10 a.m. It may be gone now, but it might be worth a try for someone who still needs a reservation for this. Good luck!
