Just talked to Southernmouse, they are at Saratoga Springs Resort eating lunch. They almost missed their flight this morning, terrible traffic in Birmingham. Eric and Season, make sure you leave plenty of time for yourselves. Keri said they got to the airport 20 minutes before their plane was to take off! Delta wasn't going to let them on the plane, but Keri begged and begged and they finally let them on! All is well now! Keri said for me to tell you goodbye until Sat. from her!

And, I just checked my cruise ressie online and we got our waitlist for early dining! One less thing I have to do when we get on the ship! Well more packing awaits!

We made it down to WDW from our house in 7 1/2 hours going thru AT!
It normally takes 8 to 9 hours, depending on whose driving!
of course I drove to Lake City and I tend to have

I couldn't remember if ya'll were driving or flying. Do you think that gas will be an issue? I've PM'd a fellow disser that lives in Tallahassee, but I haven't heard back from him yet. We usually refuel in Tallahassee. It takes us about 71/2 hours from our house and well, we kinda ignore the speed limit at times too! You must really be moving along to make it from B'ham in 7 1/2 hours!

Julie, at least if you all don't get moved back to late, maybe you'll be next to us at early! What could make anyone happier! Out of the whole linked crew, I think that Dennis was the only one that preferred late dining (unless I dreamed that), I think everyone else got late seating by default. It will all work out, don't worry!

On behalf of a VERY upset Julie......I spoke with her today and she is VERY concern someone's plans will be disrupted.

Please anyone who is affected by the diner time change PLEASE let me know if its a serious problem for you.

Julie want to make it right if we need to. If anyone wants to be switched back to late seating PLEASE let me know. That way we can make a game plan to try and switch us all back. Otherwise if everyone is ok with the early I will let julie know to STOP STRESSING!

I will be on the boards till tomorrow am. Pm me if necessary and I will check first thing in the am before we leave.

Hi to all who are left...

Partyelf here to say that I wanted early seating - so it's definately not a problem for me. (Just so you know - I don't want to be switched to late - my kids will never make it. But even if that happens, I'll just change it when I get on board - no sweat!)

I know I joined the board late, but the only one I recall really wanting late seating was Power Alaska (Dennis?).

If it makes Julie feel any better I also recall a few people wanting to change to early seating as well.

Please, please don't stress Julie. It is not your fault. Everyone will confirm their seating when they embark and they'll change it they want to. Everything will work out fine!

I am doing the "I got my passport" dance all by myself!!!!
I looked on the doorstep this evening when I got home and saw a
FEDEX envelope and thought YEAH we got OUR passports!!!!!
Well needless to say when I opened the envelope it was only
my passport. GET THIS... it was not even the NEW passport we
had to do... it was the OLD one that went to NEW ORLENS!!!!!!

I told him I didn't care how much it was, I just wanted to get to that ship! Hopefully we'll be fine. I do intend to refuel before we leave our car at the port. That's a relief. Two of our regular stops for gas here in G-dale were out of regular unleaded (not surprising I guess as they're usually cheaper by far than the big chains -- I wound up settling for their mid-grade as it was still cheaper than the Chevron next door's regular).

Brother Wart Hog -- the junk mail cranks out more or less according to plan. I'm still going to feel like I'm in a "Smoky & The Bandit" movie all day though. Hopefully I'll still make the 5:00 finish line.

Man, I cannot believe it's almost here.
