Hi all, well we survived our second week of school! Helped DD's Kindergarten class make green eggs and ham this morning. Took Lilo to the vet this afternoon. Lilo has gained 6 lbs(she weighs 14 lbs now)in 3 WEEKS!!

Just great, I really wanted a small dog. Vet says she may end of weighing around 40 lbs.
Giles family: the picture of your daughter is great! Looks like she was having a lot of fun. We went to a wedding recently were the whole beginning of the ceremony was a power point presentation of the bride and groom, from birth to the present. It was really neat. Hope yours goes well.
Here's my list of 5 (as boring as they may be)...
1. I was born and raised in Florida, my parents moved to Alabama when I was a Sophmore in college.
2. DH and I met at church. I came home "to Alabama" for the first time to visit my parents and met DH at church where my parents were attending. I had actually been dating someone else for 2 years, I dumped him, and DH and I were engaged 6 months later!
3. I have a BA in Elementary Education. I taught 6th grade for 3 years before Briley was born.
4. Now I'm a SAHM. The pay stinks, but it is my favorite job to date.
5. My favorite thing to obsess about is Disney. I like to plan all our DVC trips a couple of years in advance. At first DH just humored me, but he loves Disney now, and doesn't mind the multiple trips to the "World".
DH's list...
1. DH was born and raised in Baldwin Co. Alabama. ALL of his family lives here! He is the oldest grandchild in his family. My girls have the blessing of having 4 sets of grandparents within 10 miles of our house, and they all attend church with us. (2 grands, 2 greatgrands)
2. DH manages our family business. He is the 3rd generation to take part in our family business. Our family has 3 collision repair businesses in Baldwin Co.
which leads me to the next point...
3. I know this won't go over well here, but DH hates cats!

I think it has to do with repainting too many vehicles with cat scratches!

Please don't hold it against him!
4.DH has recently become a fitness nut. He's lost over 40 lbs, he works out all the time, rides his new bike, and is keeping me on the straight and narrow with "our" diet. For the first 11 years of our marriage he refused to eat anything that was green. His vegetable list included corn and potatoes. Along with his new lifestyle he is eating all kinds of food that I have never seen him eat. I keep asking him "Who are you, and what did you do with my husband?"
5. And last but not least, he's a great daddy to our 3 girls. Whenever anyone asks if he wishes he would of had a boy, he says "no way, I love my girls and wouldn't trade them for anything!"
