Sept 22, 2013. A Pirate's Life on the Dream.

Wondering what clothes should I be packing? Shorts mainly or jeans.
We usually travel during the christmas holidays so I know the weather can get really cold. Everyone on the ToT 10 miler boards are saying it is going to be humid...I realize that means I need to drink lots of fluids but what should we be prepared to wear?

I pack shorts and t-shirts to wear during the day. I pack dressier shirts/blouses for dinners as well as a long skirt and a pair of khaki pants to alternate between. I pack a dress for Palo. As far as shoes go, I pack 1 pair of sneakers, 1 pair of flip flops, 1 pair of heels, and 1 pair of flats.

I am gonna switch out the jeans for the cotton capri - this will also help with the space in the suitcase for my shopping!

I hope I can keep my shoe count down, right now I am thinking 2 pair of slippers [flip flops] (1 dressy and 1 throw away kind) and 2 sneakers (one for my tower of terror run and one for walking WDW).

Thanks for the tips - gonna go relook at what I already put in the suitcase and start taking some of the stuff out!

Crocs are invaluable on the cruise and by the pool at WDW! Get some lovely disney croc buttons to go in the holes

My Dh and I booked this cruise Back in March with Points. We are staying at AKL Kidani the night before the cruise and SS for 2 nights after.

Excited for the MNSSHP after the cruise. Going to wear our Pirate costumes on the cruise and at the party so we don't have to bring 2 costumes.

We are meeting 2 dear friends and Can not wait for September to get here!

We won't be doing the FE but Hope to see ya'll at a meet or game night on board.

Been to Wimbledon today great fun!

Ohhh! How Fun!!! My sister would probably have loved to have gone to some of those early matches. Somehow a good tennis tournament is on when we are either planning to go or on a cruise.

We will definitely do a fish extender, a ship meet-up and a pre- meet up for those going to Disney prior. Will wait just a little while longer before we do the fun planning. So excited to see more people!!!!

Waiting for the cruise ~ waiting for MNSSHP ~ waiting for F&W...

I think I am set with the cruise. We decided not to pre order our Rainforest and either do it on the ship or by day since we weren't sure what activities we would be motivated to participate in. We got Palo and that was my main concern.

We got our MNSSHP tickets for Friday, Sept 27 - I have a feeling I may wanna go again so am putting monies aside, just in case

The last thing I am waiting on is to find out if the Chef's Marketplace tour will happen again this year. That would complete our dining plans.

I have my monies set aside for our Tower of Terror 10 miler - shopping at the expo and then again at the Villains Bash.

So, now it's just the waiting game....

Me too, it hard to wait. We have brunch at Palo too.

We also have tickets for MNSSHP but on oct 3. So we had to wait a little bit longer. We have 2 weeks after the cruise in WDW and planned our ADR. We only hope that California Grill will be open then. But you only can book it from november, so it will be difficult.
