Here it is, a September 2011 code watch. We can keep each other company commiserating our longing to see the Mickey and Minnie arch at the entrances! Keep your fingers crossed, the discounts have already begun trickling in!

Well it looks like a lot of us have found what we were looking for in deals, but if you haven't yet, I feel certain discounts will appear before summer ends!

Wow this thread is filling up with people! I don't understand how it is off-season with so many of us going! I know I'm going to enjoy the -not-as-hot-as-heck- weather, and the slightly smaller crowds. Free dining will make it more crowded in the restaurants, but I will survive!

Wow! You're already booked? I thought I was anxious! That makes me jealous actually! I have to wait for the discounts, well, I don't HAVE to wait, I know, but if I don't get the discount, I'll have to change my choice of hotel. Stayed at POP last year, looking for new digs.

We just got back on 9/22/10 from a great week at Port Orleans Riverside. We are planning a return trip in Septmeber 2011. Hoping for a discount to stay at the Wilderness Lodge if not we'll happily be back at POR with free dining.

Yes, booked since I had some Disney Visa Rewards dollars on a card that expires at the end of this year.
We stayed at POP last December and spent one night at the Poly last week for a quick trip to the MNSSHP. Realized that we only spent enough time at the resort to sleep and shower, so decided to go back to a value.
I read today that CSR is the only moderate that has queen beds, so I may end up moving once I learn more about CSR.

We leave for Florida on Monday and will look to book our bounceback for next year as we always do. However this year we may not book while we are down there. I hear that the bounceback is the same as what they are offering the public so there will be no reason for us to book now. Also we are doing a family trip the week after Thanksgiving so why spend the money to put a deposit now.

We are upgrading to an AP when we get down there so the bounceback offer also will not fit us as I think you need to buy at least 2days of passes.

So.... we will be holding out for a better deal along the road.

It is a little unnerving since we always book our anniversary trip the year before but we will book down the road.

We just returned yesterday from Disney. There are no bouncebacks in the room the flyer that I got was the same as the one they are offering the general public. I didn't book yet for next year as I am hoping they will come out with a better offer.

Wow I finally found the Sep 2011 page. I have been looking for it since we got back.

Add us to the list of Sep 2011. We are booked at CSR for Sep 10-22, or so.

One of the first things that we seen when we got to our room what a flyer for "free offer". It is for free dining for select dates in 2011. I will try to get the dates in soon. But here is a piece of the deal. Quick-Service Dining Plan offer 2011 code is UN3, Regular Dining Plan offer for 2011 is BN6. Dont know if that will help anyone. They say select dates, but all of Sep 2011 except for the 30th are included.

My daughter is in year-round school and will be on a three week break in September. It works out great for late summer vacations. Prices are low and you still get to enjoy the warm weather.

I have heard a lot of pro's and con's in reference to pulling children out of school for vacation. And so far here's what I have learned.: There are those who are teachers among us who have just as diverse opinions as the parents. Some say they are open to parents doing it, some say otherwise. It all depends on the student. Just as it all depends on the parents. I feel comfortable doing this with my son. I am an involved parent, and he is still very young, so his work will not suffer. As he ages, we will make the decision based on how he is progressing.

You can add us on the code watch. We just got back last Tuesday and I'm trying to talk DH into going next September. We went 2 times this year, so he's kind of against it.

If we can get a great room only code, then we'll be at Contemporary from 9/16/11 to 9/24/11.

If we don't get a great room only code, then I'm going to have to be really super sweet to DH and we'll be at Contemporary from 9/16/11 to 9/24/11.




We have fall break at school that week, so it will be me, DH, DD9, and DD2.
