I was kind of wondering the same thing:lmao:

I think I have been thinking about what dining we are going to do...what we cannot miss.

So here is a question?

What is one place to eat that you HAVE to do everytime at Disney?

Also what can't you miss for example, what ride, parade, show, and/or resort?

I am trying to do things we never did before but I know that we HAVE to do Kona cafe (which will be easy now since we are staying at POLY ) for the tonga toast and believe it or not I have never had dessert there and I have heard it is fantasic!!! Also for the kids we HAVE to go to Chef Mickeys

Ride goofy's barnstormer, I never caught DHS parade so I'd like to see that, Finding Nemo is FANTASIC, I don't really resort hop but we may go to yacht club/beach club for beaches and cream!

What about you?

I don't know but I need something to plan. I already have all our restaurants picked out because by 180 days would hit in March. Now that they changed it back to 90 I have to wait until June. I already have our airline tickets so that is done. Who knows when park hours will be released since May's arn't even out yet.

My husband and I will be staying at the Poly Sept 10-14. It will be DH Birthday and His first day of Retirement:cool1: .

I was thinking about planning and that made me think about all the new things I want us to do this trip.

First of all September is going to be a new time of year for us to be going.

My DH and I both have the same birthday, and our birthday falls during our trip. So we get to decide if we want the birthday fastpass or the birthday gift card.

I want to go to a MNSSHP. We haven't gone to one of these parties. I think the kids will really like it, but I want it to be a surprise for them.

There are a couple restaurants that we have never ate at that I want us to try. The Lilo and Stitch breakfast is one I want to do. (not sure what it is called) The kids want to go to the T-Rex restaurant in DTD. I want to try the Garden Grill too.

We are going to go to Typhoon Lagoon for the first time.

My older boys want to play games in the arcade at the resort.

There are a lot of things at Epcot that we have never done. Our last trip was our first time at Epcot, so I didn't really know much about it and was a little overwhelmed. I hope that I can plan out our days at Epcot better so we can do more things.

I want to try a Dole Whip too.

I want to watch Block Party Bash at DHS. We missed it last trip.

So these things are where I am going to start as far as planning. I need to read and learn more about them.

So I am writing while my kids (2 & 1) watch Polar Express for the UPTINTH time! I guess 2 & 1 year olds do not realize what is a Christmas movie and what is not! :lmao:

Tnmomof4, Sept is an awesome time to go! Low crowds, nice weather, minus hurricane scares it is perfect! SInce we are not celebrating any birthdays I don't really know about the promotion. What gift card do you get? I have heard of the fastpasses but I didn't know about the gift card! DS 1 will be turning 2 while we are there but I am doubtful we will get anything considering that he isn't technically a paying customer!

MNSSHP is A++++++++ We went last year and are def going again! The parade is great, Hallowishes is better then regular wishes, waits for rides are non-existant. Last year (our night wasn't sold out) DS2 got to ride Barnstormer and then got to stay on the ride 2xs!!!! He loved it! Waits for characters less then 10 mins it was great!

Are you doing a dining plan? Even though I am doing CL I think I may up it to a deluxe dining plan just because I want to be able to do a couple signature dinings that will cost 2 credits on the dining plan plus my kids love character breakfast. I still don't really know

Does anyone know if that hibatchi resturant in Japan is apart of the dining plan? I'd love to try that. ahhhhh Dole whips:love: :cloud9:

Looks like I am planning another trip for September. Glad to see a September thread started. This trip will be DW & myself, along with our friends with their three kids. I love planning these things!!!!

:welcome:

I love your changing ticker! that is sooo neat! :cool1: :thumbsup2

So I have seen this on the budget board and was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing this! I am all for planning and saving money...It seems to work fairly easily in the past for the budget board....

I wouldn't mind organizing it!

this is how it works

How Photopass Share works:

1. Total cost will be divided equally between shareholders

2. Go on your trip and take LOTS of pictures! There is NO limit to the amount of pictures you can take! When you start your trip you will get a photopass card from any photopass photographer in the parks. Your photographer will then scan your card. Take as many pictures as you want !! Stop every photopass photographer you see. They are great opportunities to get the entire family in those pictures ! You can use multiple cards but it is easiest for you to try and use the same card as much as possible.

A great tip is to take a picture of the number on the back of your card or write it down somewhere. The cards are easy to lose, but the number is all you need to access any photos.

4. When you return home DO NOT create your own photopass account to view your photos If you create your own account with your pictures you will no longer be eligible for this Photopass share. You can either email the person in charge your photopass information and it will then be entered into our group account on your assigned upload days or you can enter your photopass #s into the group account yourself. The person in charge will email our group account login info to you on the night before your upload days. ( If you do enter your information into another account there will be no way for us to change this and you will then need to order your own photo cd).

5. Editting Info-We will assign everyone "upload days". That way, your pictures are kept together when they are entered into the system and your pics don't get mixed up with other familiy's photos. After you upload your pics on your assigned days, you are free to edit your pics up until the end of the share. All your edits will stay grouped with their original.

6. After everyone has entered/ editted their pictures, The person in charge will order our CDs from Disney. This will take about 2 weeks to arrive sometimes a little quicker. PIC will let everyone know as soon as CD received from Disney.

7.Upon arrival ofCD from Disney, The person in charge will burn each family a CD of just THEIR vacation photos. This will be easy to do if we have all entered our photopass cards on different days. PIC will mail out everyone's CDs in a standard jewel case in a padded mailer.

Feel free to post any other questions you might have. The person in chage will try to login regularly and stay in contact with everyone throughout the share.

The first post will be updated as people join and will also contain the days for uploading photos.

Also don't forget that the Epcot Food & Wine festival will be going on while you are down there. You may be full from the goodies around the world showcase I know last year I had to cancel an ADR cause I was STUFFED! :thumbsup2
