I got weighed in at the gym yesterday. I lost 5 lbs and 4 1/2 inches. Yippee!!!!!!!!!

Well I just finished watching the Duggers show and all I can say is I am jealous of how happy they all are. They are such a wonderful family. They deserve all the good things they get. And that house is just beautiful.

Yes, the house is georgous. HGTV and all the sponsors did put on a good job providing what ever they did (I'm sure that piano was one of their gifts). I just have to comment about the food. I live in the midwest and its hard to get fresh any thing out here. When I first moved out here and had my first couple dinners with my Grandmother in law almost every thing came out of a can or a package (minus the meat of course). The midwest appetite is very different (it is slowly chaning- hey we have Qdoba now and that's a big step up!). Being in AK as they are I'm sure they're in a rural area and need to stock up (as shown as they were shopping at ALDI foods). The midwest diet is very vanilla. Our pastor who grew up in Michigan won't eat too many things that aren't a brown, vanilla, or orange color.

I love kids, but I don't want so many that I can't pay attention to them. I feel guilty enough that I don't spend enough time with any of them and I only have three. That's what I don't understand about the Duggers, yes kids are blessings from God, but c'mon. There's a very fine balance going on there. That I don't even like to entertain. I'm glad they live debt free and have enough money to have a 15 passenger van and a modern mini bus.

I'm glad the Duggers got the help on the house that they did b/c they need all the help they can get. I sure wish I could get one of those 3 minute dishwashing machines! The expense of showing America where and who you are that's a tough topic too.

This show was less religious as the first one was. The first one they showed them having their home bible study, singing a hymn, I think it even showed them praying. This time around they only showed them playing Amazing Grace around their new piano.

Well, there's my two cents on the newest Dugger show. I feel safer posting here than on the Dugger thread on the Comm board.

I did think it was weird that they bought the 20 acres just in case some of the kids wanted to live near by. You are supposed to leave (your parents) and cleave (to your spouse) and have your own family.

I know what you mean. I can't imagine how har it would be to have alone time with each child. And it was different that they showed so little religion this time. It play such a hugh roll in their lives. But hey they are happy and all the kids seem really well adjusted. But I would never post this oon the CB for fear of being attacked!

8:04pm- well, I did it. I commented on the tater tot casserole and about the kids possibly being promised to other kids from another family they church together and are friends with. We'll see if flames abound after my post.

Morning all!!!

I was looking on ebay at some DCL stuff and someone was actually selling their Castaway club package. It was the cd, some note paper, the welcome letter and get this one of the castaway club cards. I was laughing out loud! What would someone do with one club card?!

I was just looking at the Duggers thread and it's getting nuts. They are talking about the part where the little one was in the 2 foot trench helping to lay out the gas pipe. And that it was a hazard and how someone should send the tape to OSHA. Wow, when they don't like some one they really will disect every aspect of something to find the wrong in it!

I had to unsubscribe to the Dugger thread on the comm board. its just getting MORE crazy as Amanda said.

I know, people sell the craziest stuff -DCL/Disney cruise line on Ebay. My fingers are getting tired of typing, but I've got to keep listing! I hoping Cam's DCL shirt will sell well. I'm going to sell my dd's dcl dress later. I revamped a clip art to put w/ my listing. I hope the img will transfer over.

Has anyone been following the weird thread on the CB about the guy and his partner arrested for shoplifting in DTD. Here's the link, http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1056084 There's something not right about it. It's like he's setting up a lawsuit. But I personally don't believe his story.

OMGoodness! I just finished reading the whole thread. Did you read all of the links within the thread, too? Very fishy! I started at the poster who wrote "2 less people in line in front of me...........". I thought the same thing. Not to mention one less reason to explain to DD why those 2 MEN are holding hands,etc (because she DOES notice everything!!). Flame me if you want for having morals & beliefs that don't support an "alternative" lifestyle, but I truly hope I haven't offended any of my friends in this thread!

huh, what? I did read the first couple sentences of the OP. The poster just wants to ruffle feathers and possibly use the thread for part of his lawsuit in some WEIRD way. I don't agree with a lot of what's on the thread and I too hate liers. I think this person/persons want to stir up trouble on purpose. I'm glad they are not in my state b/c I wouldn't want to serve on their jury.
