OMGosh! Amanda, you witnessed a fight? Ewww. My Mom told me there was a fight at a Walmart on the East coast today too. I agree with you, when DH came home after his electronics hunt, I got the go and my heartbeat actually accellerated! I got dressed real quick and jumped in the van. What a rush! DH got the deals this year. I've been online today and finally found a warm heavy robe for myself. It's sooo cold here. I was very glad I didn't have to brave the single digit temps early this a.m. like my DH did. Blech!

So, what is every one getting this Christmas? Most of my family (both sides) are receiving gift certificate cards except for our nieces. I'm (partially) wimping out to not buy a present that's bigger than the size of a credit card. ha ha ha.

So, did any of you have any unusual Thanksgiving dishes this year? When I talked w/ my mom, the only thing different she had was fresh cut pinapple. Can't get that right now in INdy.

Any way, oh how I wish I was on the Thanksgiving cruise.

I got Eric a great deal on a LDC computer monitor. $500 up front with a $250 rebate, I love rebates! I showed it to him and explained that I had to pick it up for a friends DH. He really thinks it's for the other guy. Just to make sure I am gonna wrap it and have my friend pick it up when Eric is here so he see's her take it away. Then i'll sneak it back in the house. I might be really mean and ask him to wrap it. We need a smile here that's a little evil! I got it at Circut City.

This is where I saw the fight. When I was waiting in line there were two lines by the way, this guy announces that people in the other line had been waiting for hours and that he will personally stop anyone who tries to go in if they are in my line. Now mind you he didn't work there, he was just nuts. Well when the doors opened he was only able to stop one guy and he was determined not to let this guy in. He was shoving and pushing him so he couldn't get by, so everyone just walked around him. It was ridiculus. I couldn't believe that adults would act so childish. I walked in got what I needed and got out of there so fast. Then I went over to TArget where everyone in line was super sweet to eachother. Strangers were even sharing thieir umbrellas with eachother. Much more my pace.

As for the concert, IT ROCKED!!!!!!!!!! We had such a great time. And Gwen is so talented. She sounded better live than on the cd. I screamed so much that I lost my voice. It's still not back. But it was worth it. If she ever tours again I am SSSOOOOO going!

I'm glad that you had a great time at the concert! Your a brave soul going shopping on the day after Thanksgiving. I used to go myself but the last time I went was 3 years ago. I also witnessed a figh between 2 ladies over a Barbie and ended up getting hit in the face by a flying toy which chipped my front tooth and gave me a fat lip. That was the last time I ever went. It was horrible.

Hi guys! Its a rainy Monday here! Yuk!!!!! Cold front moving in. Everyone decorate for Christmas? I have everything but the tree up.

Our tree isn't up either, but most of the interior lights are up. Since I've opened the Christmas boxes I've been going to Walmart to find light string holders, and suction cup wreath hangers. Now, if only I can find the last box of house decorations

Our puppy was brave enough to go outside w/o a leash (w/in her invisible fence boundries). Reesie went out through the garage and eventually around the house. I can't wait to just open the door and let her out and in. I'm so glad she's gotten brave before the colder weather comes back!

Cyndi, what a memorable post thanksgiving shopping experience you had. I hope the store compensated you.

I finished filling out the rebate forms for all the electronic goodies DH picked up. Now, I've got to get to the post office and buy stamps! **just a reminder if you all didn't know, the USPS is raising the price of a first class stamp 2cents. I think its effective Jan. 8, 2006.

Well, I gotta go. BTW, I haven't gotten any new post renewals for any of my DIS subcriptions. Weird.

I've been collecting things to sell for Ebay. I've got two possible seller names. Let me know what you all think of these names. Just precious for you, Just precious 4 U, Mostly for Kids, or Mostly 4 Kidz, or Stuff for You. I had to type in all these possible names and other ones I thought of on Ebay to see if there were any sellers w/ the same or similar name(s). I'm not super creative so, if you all come up w/ something else, feel free to share. I thought about a DIS name, but I don't think the whole Ebay community knows what DIS is. Bummer.

Yes, I will be selling my girls' clothes. There's so much to go through, but I've got one small laundry basket of Winter wear to sell. I may sell the less popular labeled items as lots. Cyndi, I'm leaning toward 'Just Precious 4 U' as well. I don't think I'll save up enough money to go toward our cruise, but it will help ease the cost of buying larger size clothing...hopefully.

Eric has no idea what I have gotten him. I got him a great LCD monitor on black friday. Well I told him that I picked it up for my best friend as a gift for her DH because the store was so crazy she couldn't get there. Well I have him so convienced that I even got him to help wrap it. It was so hard not to laugh knowing that I tricked him into wrapping his own present. Christmas morning here is gonna be sooooo fun! I also got him the new ipod video, which I plan on tying to the top of the tree like he did my engagement ring. (insert evil laugh here)!

TGIF! I am so happy it's friday. All week long the news has been warning us that we "might" have snow and ice. But what did we get instead, rain and lots of it. I plan on doing a lot of nothing this weekend. Who's with me?!

Is it me or does time seem to be just FLYING by??? Where is it all going? I don't have time to get everything done that I need to be done. I am done my Christmas shopping, cards are sent, the decorations are up, and now I am starting my cruise packing and holiday baking! Never ends!!!
