you may remember i posted a few days ago that DCL had withdrawn my early booking onboard room credit as i had 'amended' my booking - ie offered me the upgrade that i had requested to begin with, which i accepted, and paid more money for (and earlier).

Well i emailed to express my disappointment (nicely), and i am pleased to say that i had an email back this morning advising me that they are crediting my credit card with $300 for the med cruise and the $200 credit will be available for the TA - good times!!

Morning all. Quick question, has anyone had a random refund from DCL? I've had around £10 credited back to my credit card on the 28th Aug for no apparent reason? Anyone hazzard a guess why?

My guess, a lower port fee somewhere.

You don't have to be supple to do yoga. Indeed, the point of doing yoga is to increase whatever suppleness you already have. Try it, you'll like it!

We are going to be a full puppy but I think lots of couples! No room by the adult pool I suspect!

How's the vision? Is it high def? That's what Zachary (DS12) said when he recently got new glasses. I'm still waiting for my high def vision. Went to optometrist again today and they need to order another contact lens for me. I'm hoping he can find a good lens for me before the cruise. They say the third time is the charm, and I'm hoping that's true in this case!

His vision is great this morning, and they say it will get even better in another day or two. He can see far with the right eye and close with the left. Pretty awesome no glasses after all these years!

I think the adult pool is going to be crowded. I remember on the last TA Beat Street was so crowded, you had to go early to get a seat.

By the way, for those that responded to my Project Runway comment, yes, I love it and I did not like the guy kicked off, forget the name, but I love Tim Gunn and do NOT like Gretchen. I am waiting for her to get the boot, but I have a feeling we will be seeing her at Fashion Week. I wish Mondo's outfits were a little more eccentric like him. I LOVED Seth Aaron from last year.

MY MAGNETS ARE ON THE SHIP!!!!!

Autumn wrote to tell me that Lynda wrote to her to let me know that she will be our onboard Concierge and that she was given the magnets and will take extra special care to have them placed on your door prior to your arrival.

My staff officially wants to beat me!!! I am so excited I am practically bouncing in my seat...

OK - going back to my meeting... Ill be back later to catch up!!

How exciting!! I bet your family will be thrilled to arrive at your stateroom to see all the magnets waiting for you!!

YEAH! Thanks to my MIL, Goofy Granny to post my results. I was so happy that I hugged the technician and radiologist!!! They told me to have a wonderful cruise and not be stressed. Glad to hear about your tests too Lynn. What a relief it is and thank you everyone for your prayers.

I see that Paul and I are going to be twins too because all I wear for pirates is the bandana!

I feel like going out and buying a dress, not for me, but for my DD. I always do that as a mom, but I will shop for her!!! Maybe she will end up with a villan dress. I am so happy I could scream for joy!

Sue - glad to hear that your magnets arrived. YEAH! It is so close.

We went to see Dennis' opthomologist this morning and he said it was a "perfect transplanted lens!" Good news from Montana too!

Welcome Ana. Thank you for your advice on where to go. We have heard that it can be unsafe and that there are pickpockets so we will be careful.

We have several families who have children your age that are on the cruise. Hopefully, one will post here on the boards.

If there is anything you do not understand, please ask us to explain. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

We are also doing a Mickey Mouse theme night. Some of us have purchased tee shirts and others have made them. For those who have either been to Disneyland, Walt Disney World or one of the other two parks, some may be wearing their Mickey Mouse ears.

There is a personal Navigator that one the DIS members made shows more details of the activities we have planned as a group. Some of the activities are closed but some are not. The link to the Navigator is in Post #15. Duplux printing means using a printer that can print both sides of a piece of paper. Non Duplux printing means using a a printer than can only print on one side of a piece of a paper.

Sorry, I do not. I have sent emails to the concierge at La Meridien and they have been very helpful. If you don't want to do that, you might try Google Maps. The Le Meridien address is a La Rambla 111
