Its sort of dawned on me that I need to pack next week :scared1: The following week I`m either working or taking my dad away for four nights. So its either next week or the day before we leave home.
It so close now :cool1:

Chocolate Chewies
1 ½ cups walnuts
3 cups powdered sugar
¾ cup cocoa
5 ounces chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
4 egg whites, lightly beaten with a fork

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Toast walnuts, cool, and then chop into small pieces.
3. Combine sugar and cocoa, whisking well to combine. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Add egg whites, and mix well with spoon until combined.
4. Scoop golf ball-size portions of dough and place on parchment-lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 25 minutes until the tops show small cracks.
6. Makes one dozen 3 inch cookies.

Note: I used mini chocolate chips and this worked great. I used my biggest cookie scoop which is about 3 tablespoons and it made 14 cookies.
Sorry to all those who cook in metric terms.

Thanks for all the welcoming notes!!! Maybe I'll just wear a big sticker proclaiming I'm one of you. I'm on the SHIP!!!! Everything else just doesn't matter!!!! Yipee Yay!!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

Weight loss came up, so I have to remind anyone who knew us before that I've lost a bit, but Scott has lost 107 lbs!!!!!! That just means he can dance with me even more on the ship!!!!:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Yeah, can you tell I'm excited???!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Spent three days at Tokyo Disney and was one of the most fun Disney experiences EVER. Watching the Country Bears sing in Japanese was worth the trip! The unique Disney Sea Park is beautiful.

i would really love to toyko i am planning on heading to Japan next year so maybe

My brother is on the Epic (or as I call it, the UGLY boat) this week. I've told him I'll get some pictures of Beauty and the Beast while both are in St. Maarten.

Although I do think the ship is rather ugly, it does have some cool stuff and good entertainment; they saw the Blue Man Group on Saturday night and go to Cirque Dreams & Dinner on Thursday.

Looking forward to seeing the Epic...we should have sailed on the WB crossing to NY but did this cruise instead........:woohoo:....our friends have just got off it and loved it, said the entertainment was wonderful :goodvibes

Connie PMd me this morning about creating an event for Champagne Girls; I asked her for some additional info, but she did state it was Sept. 23 at 1pm.

I guess I could create the event now, and add details later. With the name 'Champagne Girls' there shouldn't be too much confusion. :lmao:

:yay: for the Champagne Girls! :yay:

goodness that is impressive i wish i could do that

WELL DONE :woohoo:

Thanks :goodvibes

I know as soon as I submit another name will come to me. I'm going to bed...:hippie:

You're right - we owe a lot to a lot of people - including our old Cap'n, DisneyVegas1, and gismo/Sarah. I'd like to find a way to acknowledge our appreciation for all their work! :cheer2: Maybe it should be "Friends of Tinkerbelle", rather than just a singular friend?

but i am one of those people who is packed weeks in advance .. I WANT TO GO !! NOW !!

We love crocs, we usually buy heaps in America but there was a big sale her this week, They were down to $20, from $60+, absolute bargain, bought 7 pairs for the family!
Love A & F, just to go and smell the store, lol, but there sizes are teeny tiny, I couldn't squeeze into a large!
Holly is doing OK, Surgery went well, she is home, dosed up on pain killers and low dose sedative to keep her calm. She won't let me out of her sight, that's OK, I won't let her out of my sight for a while!
WOW, well that was worth it......................NOT! :headache:

Crocs are normally about $29.99 here but a local discount store has them this week for $8 a pair. Unfortunately I am not a wearer, now if I could only find your UGGs for a discount. Actually, my favorite Uggs are the slip-on sandals I have that they have discontinued. Very sad as mine look like something the dog as gotten. Speaking of which, so glad to hear your Holly is doing well. val

I told my kids I'm just taking a carry on and my huge purse. They think I'm crazy. I am just so over lugging bags around. We'll be the ones in the laundry at 2am. : ) An excuse to stay up and play. Mind you, I don't drink, but I do like to have fun : )

Now I need to get on line and search for a push em up, hold it in, rearrange 47 years and 8 kids worth of Deanna bathing suit! I'm giddy. Please, someone, sedation!!!

I think we would like to go and spend more time there. Seems like lots of interesting places to visit.

We're a little short on sedation, but perhaps a Drink of the Day would serve? Shake well, and serve on a large magical place run by Disney, with water all around, on a lounge chair by a pool. Would that help? :rotfl:

Welcome aboard!
Richard
