Well, I've had a very fruitless day today.....

Was supposed to be taking Becky to see her GP at 11 am (a 200 mile round trip) ....got onto the motorway to find it was shut at the junction for Bristol.

So....4 hours later we're back home not having reached Bristol or the GP.....luckily we managed to get the doctor's secretary on the phone and she's arranging a letter to be faxed to the University so Becky can take her exams after the summer....so that's something!

At least we're home again anyway..........

Just a quick post. My BIL Michael who lives in Mt Shasta sent me this tonight. The link is a video of him going over the falls at Slate Creek He is the last guy over the falls in the baby blue boat. Not such a great video.but you get the idea. Slate Creek is 30 minutes from his house.

Looks like a thrill, but not for me!! White water rafting with a guide was just right for us.

I know they are saying this but I am not sure I feel happy myself flying through what is essentially an unknown quantity. I am a very nervous flyer at the best of times and all of this is just making me worse. It might just be that we opt for the train in any case.

So who's getting the coach for UK to Barcelona? sign us up, we'll be trying to leave London on the 15th on BA.

Finally got fed up of watching intrest rates and getting nervous as the final payment date approached...so we are now PIF too.

Next thing will be the pre booking PALO etc


Has any one had a go at working out a "Best Guess" scenario for the itinery, based on previous WTA and the Navigators from the ETA this time? When might Pirate night be, which nights are most likely to be formal etc? It sure makes it easier working out what reservations to make, if there is a rough guess what might happen when?

On the EBTA we found out before PIF date what days were what because someone with a suite called and asked the conciege - and they were nice enough to share with the group

Maybe someone will do the same for us.

Booking day for suites and platinum is only 3 days away!! We will be able to book at 10pm our time on May 20. Doesn't give us alot of time to sort it out.
