Susan, good news -- Southwest allows 3 checked bags per person. I don't know abt weight limits. I have one suitcase that could be a problem.

Missy/Frank/Lola/whomever -- I was singing One Particular Harbor on the way to work this morning. Ouch! But...had to laugh at the reference.

Two boxes of supplies -- is that two cases of beer? Or RUM? Boat drinks!

I offically have all the work done that I needed to get done today! I have to pick up DS(3) at preschool at 11:30 and take him to the sitter. Then we are having a birthday luncheon for one of my co-workers...then hopefully it will be 3pm so I can go home!!!!!!! Want to get the house clean before I leave...along with nails and toes!

Hello everyone! Chloe the is back. She came wandering in about 11pm last night. She was so muddy that I had to bathe her. You take your life in your hands when you give her a bath! I am relieved that she is ok. She is not a happy camper right now because I won't let her outside since her and Skipper will be going to the kennel this afternoon. I am not taking the chance on her returning in time. Not too much damage here, a few small trees and some branches but other than that everything is fine. We never really lost power which is amazing here. Oh well, I can't believe we are so close to cruising! See you all soon!-Donna

Well I have to get back to cleaning. Tracy and her family arrive tonight and I have got to clean, clean, clean. Not that she cares but I have been slacking alot lately. Haven't even begun to pack anything. I will be busy up until Sat. a.m. Like Sue we are not leaving until Sat. morning.

Sue, please feel free to keep posting as I will continue checking in until the absolute last minute.

See you all on Sat at the meet. I even got a lime green top to wear. The yarn was too hard to find.

For everyone leaving today...Have a safe trip!!!

I am with the group heading out in the wee hours on Saturday, so you will probably hear from me again!!!

Sue - I am so with you on the TV shows, I am a crime/mystery junkie!!! I love CSI - Miami is my favorite...the lead guy has such cheezy lines! Monk is also one I hate to miss! Sometimes I catch myself acting like him! We call DD(1) the anti-Monk. She hates to have things in order! I really like the new show on TNT 'The Closer.' If you like the other ones you would love that one if you haven't seen it. Of course I always catch the Law & Order too. My favorite one is the one on Sunday with the fellow that played Edgar (Redneck possessed by Alien Bug) in Men in Black. I can't remember which one it is!

Hi to all the gang still working and at home today!

Today is my final day of work, too. Taking off tomorrow to do all the last minute harried packing, and the many trips to the mall and Target for all the stuff I forgot. We have a 7:45 a.m. flight Saturday.

Jenny (Donald's Gal)- Great idea for the gift for your sister. I'm sorry I shouldn't have given you trouble yesterday, I was just trying to make you laugh on a difficult day for you and your family.

Donna, Glad to hear Chloe showed up. Our cat, Eddie, always tries to zoom out the front door, you have to watch him like a hawk. Your room is close to ours! I am really excited to have a verandah, also. I like how we are on the same deck as the Kid's Clubs and the movie theatre.

Renee, thanks for the info. about the Cabana massages. I noticed there was quite a few massages that said Castaway Cay, but DCL told me that that was onboard the ship spa, not in the cabana. I hope I am able to book it on the ship still.

It will seem so strange without Jen checking in today and tomorrow.

Pam - From what I understand (and again just what I have read and heard...first time to go to Castaway Cay) the spa crew probably goes on shore to a Cabanna on Castaway Cay, so the reservation is through the ship spa (which you can do online if you get lucky and catch someone who cancels or check with the spa when you get onboard), but the massage is out on the beach in a shaded cabanna. It is supposed to be wonderful and relaxing! It was one of those things that filled up quickly, so I guess it is good!

Tammy - I feel the same way. Not too much into reality with my TV/Movies. I like to forget the real world and solve crimes! Of course I also enjoy Two and a Half Men and the Simpsons - so I can go low brow comedy with scarcasm too!

The tv shows I can't miss are Simpsons, Family Guy, Law & Order: SVU and the O.C.

Speaking of tv shows, I need to remember to tape all of that.

I am a huge Simpsons fan. Have been since the Tracy Alman show before they were their own show...of course they are even better now! Honestly, that is the only show I have not lost interest in after a few seasons. Other than that I tend to get fickle after several years and they seem to run out of ideas or change what was good about the show. I don't know how they do it, but the writers on the Simpsons seem to keep it fresh and funny with the on-going gags and current affairs mixed in. I love how they are able to make fun of themselves and the network they are on too. I will absolutely be heartbroken the day they decide to go off the air!!!
