We (husband, niece, nephew and myself) went on the Dream in December. It was our first Disney cruise and we were hooked! We had to share it with the rest of our family!

Hi everyone. So excited about our first Disney Cruise...our first cruise EVER! I will be with my husband and 2 daughters (3 yo and turning 12 the first day of the cruise). Can't wait to participate in the whole FE experience, Castaway Cay 5K, and so much more. Woot woot! Ugh. Why is it not September yet?

First Disney Cruise for my family and a surprise for husband and his 40th bday! Also surprising my 10 yr old daughter by bringing her best friend along!! Can't wait!!!
Can I assume this is where the FE group(s) will be figured out? Will this match up to the FB or are they separate?
I have booked Stateroom 11002 and hoping to get up to the 12th deck in a 1 bdrm suite. Thoughts? Originally booked 12016 but needed more room

Hi all .. I am totally new (just signed up 2 seconds ago) to disboards.com .. I have used the site for info plenty of times in the past but decided to take the plunge in honor of our first Disney cruise! We (mainly me and my husband lol-- but probably me the most) are EXTREMELY excited!!! I have watched the cruising dvd sent by disney and cried everytime LOL!!!! Who cries at an informational dvd!!!! Anyway we will be with our 4 year old daughter and 3 year old son. And staying in WDW for 5 days before the cruise. (Our 5th WDW trip as a family) Just read about fish extenders and its right up my alley.. Im extremely excited for everything..Hoping to join the fb group as well (much more up to speed with the working of that) Glad to be here!

Hi! This is our second Disney Cruise!! My names Jaimie. I'm going with a group of 9 1/2 people, the 1/2 being lil bean! We found out we are expecting and will be 22-23 weeks when we go, just missing the cut off mark!! I can't remember the room number . I'll post it later.

I can't believe I have not posted in the group yet. I will be sailing with my daughter and my mother. My daughter turns 18th on the 10th so this is her birthday cruise . I think this will be our 19th DCL cruise. We have more book too

Okay, I am so sorry to have to leave this group! I had already been a bit worried about the fact that I was doing the Disneyland Half Marathon less than 2 weeks before this cruise, but them my mom scheduled another all-family trip to So Cal to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday. Long story short, 3 disney vacations in 2.5 months is just too much. We had to push our cruise out (we are going to sail out of Galveston on Nov. 27th, 2015 with my sister).

Sadly, that means we have to withdraw from the FE.

I booked this cruise as a treat for my Mom and I and we're excited. It's always hard leaving my DH and DS but since this is a quick 3 nighter we should all survive.

My husband and I will be taking our first ever cruise with y'all. We are celebrating our 5th year anniversary and we're so excited! This is a trial run of sorts to see how we think our two little ones will do on the ship.

We had originally booked this cruise as a placeholder OBB to be moved to fall 2015, hoping that Disney would sail to the southern Caribbean again. However, as we now know, that is not happening. So the good news is that we're keeping this cruise! However, when we started thinking about it, we decided that 3 days just wasn't enough. We debated switching to the 7 day Fantasy cruise that sails this same week, leaving Sat Sept 6. Finally we decided yesterday to book the Dream cruise immediately before this one, so we will be doing a B2B for the first time. Now, I'm excited!

I am not on FB, neither is DH, so I hope that if there are plans being made for any kind of a Meet & Greet that someone will post about it here. We do enjoy getting to know other Disboards people in our travels.

I think I'd better head on over to the thread for the Sept 7 cruise that we just booked and get signed up there!

We are celebrating our anniversary and doing out first B2B too! Our actual anniversary date is on the 2nd leg of the B2B, but I'm pretty sure we will be celebrating all week!

I've noticed a lot of celebrations in this thread. Can't think of a better place to celebrate!
