Here is another link about the new family cabanna's now open on Castaway Cay. Judy you and your family will have to check these out. Not sure of the cost though.

Those are some GREAT ideas you came up with Judy on the door magnets for our cruise. You are one talented lady!!!

Those Cabanna's were being discussed on my other cruise board. They cost something like $400 or $499!!!! Too much for me, but I'm sure there are other families that will enjoy them!

I've come down with a #@$%$#@ Sinus Cold. Man I HATE these! I can't breathe through my nose, and those nasal sprays, no longer work for me. Guess using them for so many years for colds, has had a bad effect. Went to see the pharmacist tonight, and he recommended the Tylenol Cold decongestint tablets. So far, it's NOT working other than making me sleepy. I don't know about any of you, but I don't sleep like this. I start to drift off, then my body thinks it's suffocating and sends me into a panic attack, next thing I know, I'm sitting straight up in bed gasping for air! So it's looking like it's another all night movie night for me! How long can one go without sleep? UGGGHHHHHH
Glad though, it's happeing NOW if it had to, rather than 4 1/2 weeks from now. (Gotta look at the bright side)

WOW!!! I had no idea the cabanna's were that high. Our next visit I'll just take a picture of one and be happy with that.

Judy so sorry to hear of your sinus cold. My DW has allot of those herself, and has for many,many,many,many,many,many,many,many,many,many,many..............................years. (Well maybe that THAT many!!!) But, seriously, I know what you are talking about. DW has been up late many a night suffering with her sinus aches and pains. I hope you do get to feeling better. Like you said hopefully all this will be over with before your cruise.

Well yesterday was my birthday and guess what.................ol' bossman had the day off!!!! Yes that's right HE had the day off!!!! So I HAD to work...............so I'm taking today, Friday the 24th off. This works out better anyway, it gives me a 3 day week-end!!!

Judy, I hope you are feeling better. DW didn't get any relief from her sinuses until she talked to her doctor about her sinus headaches. She gave DW a prescription for................well I don't know the name of it, but whatever it is, it sure has worked. No more sinus headaches!!! She feels 100% better.

I was looking again, at the ideas you came up with Judy for a door magnet. All are so great, it is hard to decide on one. I like the map, like aafdmom, but then again I also like the one of the Dream with the green Mickey head "Cruising The Disney Dream," but I like them all. Decisions, decisions.............oh I'm so confused. We all need to put our heads together. I know we still have plenty of time. What does the rest of our crew think!!!!

Well, gang, I'm going to get ready to do the ol' dirty yard work this morning. I want to get it done today, so I can have two days to rest up. I'll check in later. See you soon.

Good mourning everyone! Just wanted to chime in and say hello.

I don't know what happened to Mike(goofydad24). We need to get him back on here.

I was just thinking about it and man does time fly it's already been a year since we booked this cruise, it's going to be here before we know it.

Judy, I love the signs. I would just have to figure out how to print and put magnets on them. I'm not too creative. My favorite is the first one, Cruising the Disney Dream! I'd love to have one for our wedding, too!

I finally looked at wedding dresses and didn't have much luck. All the ones I liked that were in my price range were online only. I'm too afraid to buy a dress online though. I want to try it on first. Maybe I'll find something next time.

Thanks Shannon. To make into magnets, you can do one of two things. Print them out onto magnetic paper. This you can purchase at most stationary stores, but I find it quite pricy. What I do is print the graphic onto cardstock, then laminate it. From our Dollar store, I've purchased 5x7 sheets of thick peel and stick magnets. For a large magnet, I'll put a whole sheet on the back, and for smaller magnets, I'll cut the magnet sheet into squares and attach as many as I think is needed on the backs. I love the gloss the laminating provides.

My thought on magnet...
I would like to see the map as the magnet for our group since it shows where we are cruising too, mentions disers and all our names around it.....I also like the one of the dream....not sure how big that will come out to but thought I would like to get the disers to sign that one! This is an initial thought sooo...if you cant decide what you like can have a main one and then secondary as you personally see fit!..not sure if this makes sense

Am open to other suggestions...Or we can each choose our own disboard magnet if we cant get a consensus...

First off let me shout out a BIG THANK YOU to Judy for that great birthday message you sent. What a nice surprise it was when I got on here this morning to see this!!! I enjoyed it very much!!! And, I had to laugh at the message 36 years old with 27 years experience!!! (That puts me starting to work at 9 years old................ummmmmmmmm yeah............sure..........that sounds about right!!!)

Judy I'll bet you and your family are getting excited about your up coming Halloween cruise in about a month from now. If I remember correctly didn't you mention that your one son said he didn't want to sail on any ships anymore? Has he gotten over that fear? I sure hope so.

Ok, DW and I agree with Sue...........the last one with Mickey & Minnie dressed in their cruise uniforms is the best. Judy, for those of us that are doing a back 2 back, can you add both dates to the magnet?

We have been having some pretty nice weather here in the ol' Sunshine State too. Doing the ol' dreaded yard work was almost easy!!! it still is in the upper 80's to around 90degrees but the humidity is low. Got to love that!!!

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. Things are pretty quite on here. Not much going on with me either. Getting everything in order for the big semi-retirement in a couple of months. But, other then that.............oh yes DW and I are heading over to WDW next week for a few days. Going to check out EPCOT and the food & wine festival. Looking forward to that.

David, let us know how the F&W festivle is! We were there last year, in EPCOT that is, but I think it might have been just after the F&W festival? We were in WDW for Halloween last year. I loved Epcot and would like to go back, but this year, we have Tickets for One Park for One Day, and I'll be letting my boys decide which park. I don't think they'll choose Epcot So if they don't choose that one, then I'm hoping they will choose MK!

The day here started out nice enough, gorgeous and sunny out, but by mid morning it was POURING! Of course Wednesday's is my day out with my daycare kids. When I got home, trying to stay dry while unhooking kids from carseats and taking out one of the twins in her infant carseat, I put my foot up onto the edge of the side of the van and hoisted myself in quickly to lean over to the back seat to unhook a car seat strap. Well, with my jacket hood on, I miscaculated the head space, and WHOMP. Smacked the top of my head into the upper door frame. Now the top of my head hurts, and there is a sporadic pain in my front temple. Maybe I should go to the doctor? I'll take some meds, and see how it is in a few hours. Then to top it all off, the tow older kids thought it was funny, and even funnier, was the grimace on my face. So kids did as kids do and they laughed and laughed! Glad they saw the humour in it, because I can't

Oh...............I guess you were serious when you said you hurt your head. (Sorry) DW says I'm just a big kid anyways, so I'm being like kijds will do what kids will do. Seriously Judy, I hope you are OK. DW has us hooked on Advil for any kind of aches or pain, the liquid gel ones. Seems to work for us.

Judy, I sure will let ya'll know about the Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT. We usually go to this and the Flower & Garden Festival in the spring each year. But, we haven't gone for a couple of years now, and we are really looking forward to going again. Will be hitting the Flower & Garden Festival next spring. We went to WDW on Halloween a couple of years ago. Saw the headless horseman ride down Main Street. That was NEET!!! Got it on my video camera.

We like going over to WDW around Christmas time too, and seeing all of the parks and hotels decorated for Christmas. Christmas is our favorite holiday of the year. We have considered taking a Disney Cruise at Christmas. Kind of expensive though. Has anyone else thought of taking a Christmas Disney Cruise??? Just wondering.
