Sept 10-12 solo- Who's going??

I'm planning 3 park days on these dates, and considering attending MNSSHP that Sunday night. Anybody want to join me? Also, I was looking at Monday the 11th as my day to do Food & Wine and figure I can try more things if I'm sharing with someone else. I'm an extroverted introvert whose kids and hubby no longer care for Disney. I've made two previous solo trips and enjoyed myself, but thought these two events would be more fun with another WDW enthusiast!
