Separate Check-in Desk @ Dolphin For Starwood?

A previous post seemed to say that there is a separate desk for Starwood registration, true? I joined the program before making my ressie for the chance to get a better room/view this Nov. I have no points. Are there any other benefits to me on this trip for being a member?

They may upgrade your view if it is available. Be sure to show your card (or temp card) upon arrival. It can't hurt!

There is a separate desk for Starwood check-in, but it isn't always staffed. It's across from the bellstand.
