I noticed there's some folks from south eastern PA on here and wanted to ask a quick couple question about hauling the camper down to WDW
How many days do you take to drive down? Where do you stay over night?

Thinking about next August trip, really don't want to boon dock in Wal mart since it will be too hot to not have AC running.

Hi! We're from NEPA, and going in June...Hoping to make it in 2 days...My husband has never towed, so were giving ourselves plenty of time, and an overnight for him to sleep! We decided to see how far we get, and then decide where to stay! Good luck!

We break our trip into 2 days because we have kids. (We travel to Punta Gorda, FL- south of Sarasota, every year) However, we don't haul a camper so I don't know anything about camp grounds along the way.

We stay in a town called Pooler, GA (west of Savannah) because we found the most AMAZING pizza place there by accident one year (Lovezollas!) & it turns out to be the perfect break time and it's really convenient. There are a few really nice, affordable hotels in Pooler. I can give you more info if you need.

Sometimes we stop at Lovesollas on the trip north too.

We stop in Savannah when we're in the truck, but with a camper to haul that's just too far to drive

We travel from southern NJ and take 2 days. Usually stop near SC/GA border goilng down and NC/VA boder going back. About 500 miles each day. Going for Easter can't wait!!!

from Lancaster, Pa, when we do not have adult adopted daughter who has med problems traveling by car, towing tt we can make it to Point South,SC but it was a long day. we stay at KOAs. have stayed at both Point South and Savannah South in Ga. both are small campgrounds but for a one night stop are okay.
