Guys, what day time is mixology? 4 on sea day? Is that right? Joe? Also wine & crack, er, I mean chocolate, is that at 2? I'll write it down so I don't forget again.
I think both dinning times has its advantages and disadvantages. I think I'll stick to main dinning just because some will snack before dinner and then not want to go to dinner.

That is where I was at when I was deciding. I knew if we had late seating, the kids would basically end up skipping supper and I really wanted all of us to eat as a family. I also want to enjoy the MDRs! I would be starving if I waited to eat at 8pm.
I'm really curious about this year's Nightmare Before Christmas showing. On previous navigators, they described it as a 3-D experience. This year, I saw an article that described it as a 4-D event and showed a clip of Jack and Sally emerging up through a stage with fog and confetti. So I'm thinking that the characters may have more involvement in the show this year than in the past. So I am probably going to take my three year old to see the show. I figure at the worst, she's fall asleep or melt down and then we will just leave. If she makes it through I know she will love it!

You're right- it is liquor and chocolate. This was main reason I switched to main seating in the first place. Since this is our first cruise, I will probably be staying with main seating. It is closest to our normal eating time. I know both the kids and DH would be snacking before dinner lol! I really like the idea of late seating though. Oh well, majority rules
Joe will let us know, but I believe it was the opposite 2p mixology and 4p wine and chocolate, or was it liquor and chocolate?

That is probably what I'm going to shoot for although nap time is not going to be easy! Our schedule for the first day is already busy. I'm afraid that my plan is going to be to take her for a nap during the Golden Mickeys. I hate to miss one of the shows, but what can you do when your daughter's favorite characters are going to be there late in the evening? Maybe I can talk the hubby into hanging out in the room for Alex's nap while I take the older girls to the Golden Mickeys.Maybe you can squeeze a nap in at some point, or at least a rest time in the room. Hope she makes it, as much as she likes Jack and Sally!!! I still think that is sooo cure for a 3 year old to love them![]()

Couldn't sleep last night, but I came up with a great idea! We need to get a picture taken of our man Joe with all his ladies, lol![]()

Happy Birthday, Melissa! We will be driving to the port!!!What is everyone doing to get to the port? We are not staying at a Disney hotel, and don't want to do Disney transfers. We are thinking of returning our rental car at the port and taking the shuttle. I think we would have Jason drop us off at the port, return the car and take the shuttle. Anyone have experience or thought on this? Obviously we want to get on the ship as soon as possible.
We rented a car at MCO in Dec., drove to the port, husband dropped the luggage and the kids/me off at the port. The girls and I went through the check in process and were in the line to get the kids arm bands when he caught up with us. Less than a minute after the girls had their arm bands they were calling our number to get on the ship. I want to say we were on the ship by 11:30am.What is everyone doing to get to the port?
