Sending Rev. Day our ceremony

Hi Everyone! we finally have finished writing our ceremony and are ready to send it off to Rev. Jack. However, I can't seem to find the paper he sent with Jack's Pak that says how he prefers to get it. If you used or are using Rev. Day can you please help me out here. I really need to send it off soon!

I don't know if I am too late to help you but I have just sent mine back to Rev Jack by why of a pdf attachment and also a word document. I did ask for him to let me know that he had rec'd it ok but as of yet I have not heard anything.
