Sending packages to OKW

The search function is disabled so I could not find this info. I know to put my name and arrival date on the package and send it directly to OKW but is there a preferred vendor, UPS or Fed Ex. I will have things to send back, does it make a difference which I use. How far out should I send it? Any help is appreciated.

I did this very thing week before last. I sent mine UPS and I knew that from where I live it would take 2 days. Check with UPS and they can tell you exactly how many days to go Ground service (the cheapest) from where you live. In the notes section of the label We put "Hold for Guest Arrival on ________ )
The package was addressed to me:

(your name)
c/o Old Key West
1510 NORTH COVE ROAD
ORLANDO, FL 32830-1000

OKW receives deliveries several times a day. They will put your message light on and let you know when you have a package waiting for you. I picked mine up at the Front Desk and had to show picture ID and sign for it.

We wanted our package to arrive the day after our arrival since we were arriving close to midnight, and it was delivered as we expected.

Thanks for the reply. Have you ever tried to send stuff back? We are sending Disney Princess coustumes and will want to send them back home.
