Can you have your packages sent directly to your on-site hotel room even if you're not paying with your KTTW/room key?

DBF and never pay with our KTTW card/key and always have packages sent to the hotel. It usually takes a day so it won't be there the same day you buy it.

Yes, you can.

At some resorts, the packages are sent to the front desk and you can pick them up there.

It takes a day or two for delivery, so they only do this if you still have a couple of days remaining in your trip.

if you are concierge, they deliver them same day to your room.. If not they deliver them to the front desk. It's the best thing ever invented!! :thumbsup2

Thank you! I have a lot of Disney Dollars and also prefer to pay up-front rather than charging on the room key - I'll keep much better track of how much I spend that way. :-) I'll keep in mind not to have them sent to the room on the last couple of days.

mine got delivered to our gift shop (I was at the ASMo) not the front desk. Just make sure you keep your delivery slip because it has a confirmation # on it that they will need

At AKL they send them to the gift shop as well. So if you're not there by 11PM, you'll have to pick them up tomorrow.

They also can send them to the front of the park to pick up at the end of the day if you're someone interested in Instant Gratification.
