Sending Package Ahead of Visit

I am assuming this works the way it would at the other resorts, but we like to send grocery items ahead of our visit.

We will be staying at SSR. Do we just call to get the address and write our reservation number on the box?

I've always included the date of arrival, and the name. Those seemed to be the two most important pieces of information. I've shipped to other people (Christmas tree pass along) and didn't even know their reservation number.

I shipped two boxes last month. All I put on the label was the address and my name as Guest. Didn't have any problems.

I have shipped several times with my name as a guest and the date I was checking in.
I would not be inclined to reveal my ressie number.
