Being Mother's day this Sunday, my son would like to send flowers to his mother who will be with me (DH) at WDW, arriving on Sunday! We'll be arriving about 11:00am which means we may or maynot be in our room early. What would the best way for him to do this?

I would tell him to just have them delivered to the resort. They will hold them there until you check-in. They won't deliver anything to your room beforehand. He can also request a later delivery time to insure that you've already arrived.

I would go thru Disney Floral-many Flower shops are closed on Sunday -yes even on Mother's day :)

www.disneyflorist.com is the way to go - they don't guarantee a delivery time, but the flowers will be delivered to your room when they arrive at the resort. If you haven't checked in yet, they hold them until you do and I just love coming back to the room (we always check in late morning and head right out to Epcot) and finding the surprise basket "someone" sends to my DD on every trip (she still doesn't know it's me)!

:sunny:

If for some reason you have already checked in and are out at the parks, guest services should bring them to your room for you and then they'd be there once you return.

That's how I got my flowers for my birthday. :cutie:
