Sending boxes to resort before you arrive

We are staying at the Poly in june and want to sent some of our stuff before we get there ups. What I would like to know is how big a box they will take, how far in advance I need to send it. Will they bring it to our room when we get there or do we pick it up at the fornt desk and Can I ups it back to my home form the resort or do we have to go somewhere else to do that. Thanks for the help.

Can't help you on how big of a box, but when someone sent us a package on our last trip we had to go pick it up at guest services, they didn't deliver it to the room.
AFAIK you can UPS from the resort.

When we did this at the Poly, we called the bellhop and they delivered the boxes to the room. I don't know how far in advance they'll take them. I'd think a week or so would be reasonable.
