Old fashioned dial-up here. At the moment, I'm connected at 42,666. I've never seen it go higher than that. Even so, clipart loads fairly quickly.

Only the big picture files take forever to load.

Dial up with a really lousy connection. Even though I have a 56k modem, the best I can connect is 28.8. We live out in the middle of nowhere; this is our only option other than satellite which is too expensive and too unreliable. Bellsouth has been promising DSL but it doesn't look like it's going to happen anytime soon. As a friend said, they'll probably colonize Mars before we get DSL.

I have T-1 at school and DSL at home. I use T-1 most since I am at school more than home but for the 3 months of the summer i will be on dsl.

We have dail up after years of DSL or cable at our old house. For some reason (many different ones have been given), our street and the one next to us do not have either service available. We are told this WILL BE remedied soon. You can not imagine how frustrating it is when we have an ebay business and have to wait and wait and wait for pictures to upload etc. We connect about 44-46 K. GAWD how awful!!
