I heard pople say they stop in ticket resale places and sell unused days. I never have, so I'm asking here. How does that work- as in what percentage does a reseller give back? Is any one place better than another?

Once used (regardless if there are remaining days left) Disney tickets are NON-Transferable. It is illegal to buy or sell used tickets. There are frequent "stings" on locations that do this and I would guess the money is not worth the fines/jail time.

I don't see how that could possibly work because you do a finger scan at all the gates. During my last trip my son and daughter mistakenly tried to get in on each others tickets and the CM knew right away... But I dunno
Disney tickets are non transferable. Once you have used it then it is to be used by you only. I would suggest that you either purchase the non expiration to extend their use for a later trip or only buy the days that you will need. Because reselling tickets is against Disney's policy I am closing this.
