I heard pople say they stop in ticket resale places and sell unused days. I never have, so I'm asking here. How does that work- as in what percentage does a reseller give back? Is any one place better than another?

Once used (regardless if there are remaining days left) Disney tickets are NON-Transferable. It is illegal to buy or sell used tickets. There are frequent "stings" on locations that do this and I would guess the money is not worth the fines/jail time.

I don't see how that could possibly work because you do a finger scan at all the gates. During my last trip my son and daughter mistakenly tried to get in on each others tickets and the CM knew right away... But I dunno

I thought you couldn't do this anyway? Don't they use the fingerprint scanner things?

Disney tickets are non transferable. Once you have used it then it is to be used by you only. I would suggest that you either purchase the non expiration to extend their use for a later trip or only buy the days that you will need. :) Because reselling tickets is against Disney's policy I am closing this.
