Selling to cousin?

Back to the OP, do you and your cousin have a good relationship? Could you have a contract between yourselves where they pay for it but you keep it in your name? Then once it is paid for you can gift it? Just a thought if you are worried about ROFR. I would suggest that you call DVC and see if they can automatically pass on yours.

Or add their names to the deed for as little as the recording fees. You could then later remove the original names if you wanted. Assuming there is no loan attached to the contract. Or just add them as associates and they would use it exclusively.
