selling scrapbooking materials...

I haven't tried to sell scrapbooking stuff before, but I have bought it on ebay. It may be a hassle, but there is a large market of people who buy. I just bought a scrapbooking book (not on ebay, but from an online store) - ebay sellers were selling it (successfully) for over $100 because its out of print. I found it somewhere else for $30. I did buy my Cricut on ebay, and some cartridges. It amazes me how much people pay for some ebay items though - well over retail.

So - it may be worth the hassle in the long run to get the best profit from it.

I'll be watching this thread for ideas as well. I have tons of rubber stamp sets I really want to get rid of (new and barely even used), but really do NOT want to do ebay..craigslist just sort of scares me. We do plan on having a garage sale this spring, but doubtful that type of stuff would sell. Are there any other craft or stamping/scrapping sites that let you list your items?

May I ask why you don't want to do ebay? I sold a bunch of Stampin Up sets and did really well. On the other hand, I've seen them at yard sales, and with the high pricing they don't sell at all.

No, its not high actually, but I don't want to disclose it on here. I don't want to violate any rules of the DIS. LOL
