Has anyone sold their DVC contract privately? I have a (details removed) and looking for a title company with an office in HI that will work with private sellers.
The title company I purchased with initially, First American, said they do not work with private sellers.

Unfortunately, I don’t know of any.

I only know of so far of 3 that handle HI.

Yeah, the ones that handle HI are extremely limited.

You can also do this - you can reach out to a broker and say: I already have the buyer; we've agreed on the price and terms; is there a fixed price you'd take for simply completing the process from here? My guess: someone will likely take this on for a couple hundred dollars. And that way you'll make sure everything is done--and also if there's a later problem, the buyer won't come back to you as both seller and agent.

LT Transfers will also do Hawaii transfers. I am using them for a (non-Disney) transfer. They are very affordable, and do good work.

The issue with Hawaii transfers is escrow. State of Hawaii law requires escrow be held by an entity licensed in Hawaii.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I've been referred to TRCS from many people who used them, and reached out to Amanda. They don't do title insurance though, only escrow so it may limit potential customers who want that service.

Besides FB groups, any other place I could list my contract?
