selling points / contracts

Anyone have any experience on the selling side ?
Just curious of costs and any troubles.

We did. No problems whatsoever. We went thru TSS. Cost were $75 for recording fee and then the commission off the top.

They sound like a very reputable organization, cant recall hearing anything negative about TSS.

Thanks, that is exactly what I needed to know. I didnt want to ask TSS since I really dont want to sell, depends on how things go in the next few months.

Maggie, stated that the charge from DVCbyresale is 10% of the sale price.........and then an exta $100.00 to exchange deed thru DVC.

I just sold a contract thru TTS, and from the day I sent in the information to list the contract until the day I got the check, was just over 3 weeks. I felt it was worth every cent of that 12% to have things move so fast. They have buyers just waiting for your contract, which isn't very common at the other resalers, so you may pay a bit extra, but if you want your money fast, then TTS is the place to go. If you have a contract that is desirable--not stripped of points--then your contract will sell immediately thru TTS. You tend to get what you pay for

Mine was 12% as well but at the time all resales other than BWV was 15%. I think they are all 12% now. They sold mine within a week. .
