Selling Photos of Things at Disney?

and you know this how..????

The same way you know the contrary... Seriously I dont know and neither do you, it was simply a question to make a point.

Can you acknowledge that in that scenario there would be no infringement(and there never was any)?

Thank you.:thumbsup2

no because it's infringement whether or not Disney does anything, the only difference is whether the infringer is fined or not..

the same as the state trooper who watches 5 cars speed by and only stops one, they all violated the law, but only one was unlucky enough to pay the fine..

thank you !!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

So even if Disney sees the pictures and decides to allow their continued use, you still decide it is infringement... :rotfl2:

Hey my in-laws our in my living room right now, hope you don't consider them to be trespassers.

Happy Holidays.

I would not call them trespassers, but now we know why you are on the computer right now :)

Has anyone thought to just email Disney and ask what they think? ;)

having talked to Disneys Legal office, about selling pics taken at WDW, back in 2001, I know what they think, unless they have since changed their minds

LOL, I'm sure they haven't changed their minds.

Everyone must remember that this is a company that lobbied Congress HEAVILY to protect the first Mickey Cartoon.
