You are truly amazing. You do realize that in a courtroom, one can offer into evidence events that one has witnessed, but one cannot offer into evidence their opinion as to why those events took place - speculation is not evidence.
Seeing a character and reporting that is useful to others. Now, we do get trolls from time to time who probably report sightings that did not happen; that's okay.
Someone trying to tell me that fastpasses were gone due to late returners (a) doesn't make sense and (b) is impossible for them to know.
More and more, I get the feeling that you are just keeping on at this for the sake of keeping on. Surely, no rational person can believe that the two types of reports are equivalent?
we have had third hand reports of the following here on the Dis post FP enforcement:
1. FPs are available later in the day.
2. FP return lines are longer
3. FP return lines are shorter
4. FP return lines are the same
5. FPs at certain attractions have increased.
6. some CMs are letting people in 5 minutes before FP return time
7. Some CMs are letting people up to 15 minutes after return times.
Just because the concept of late FP users affecting availability of FPs at TSMM and Soarin doesnt make sense to you doesnt mean it didnt happen. If it things had to make sense to you to make it so then we would be in a lot of trouble. Disney seemed to think that late FP usage did affect other guests.
In a courtroom there is circumstantial evidence as well that is admitted. I guess that doesnt make sense to you either but It does happen.
