Yup..St Joseph...I've heard many things & I just couldn't "bury" him-right side or upside down I kept him in the kitchen window as that's where our real estate agent told us-I brought him with us to our new home...good luck!!!

Our St Jude shop had a house selling kit with a little (6") plastic statue complete with instructions on how to place it. He wasn't in the ground but a few days. House sold before it hit the multiple listing. Good luck!

Just wanted to update. Our house was listed Feb 18, got the sign in the yard the weekend of Feb 20-21 while we were out of town. Buried St Joseph March 6 Had one open house on March 7, 1 person showed. Said person came back on the following Wednesday, offered on Thursday, we countered Friday am, they accepted Fri pm. I guess the saying it only takes one is true. We were only on the market 19 days total before our counter offer was accepted.

Now to go look at a house tonight.

I got one online - put the house on the market and buried it and waited... and waited... and waited...

Took 5 months for the house to sell.

I hope you do better than me!
