I have seen the buyers time line but what is a sellers time

Exactly the same.

We sold on the 6th February and received the funds the 7th May. Points were taken from our account handout 2 weeks after that.

We just sold a contract that closed a month ago. I had assumed once it closed we'd receive payment but I was wrong. I inquired and was told funds wouldn't be sent to us until the buyer had their account and points. It was roughly two and a half weeks after closing that our funds were sent to us. I wondered at the time if the broker had to wait for their commission check.
