Seller accepted our offer, now what?

We made an offer on a small 50 point contract at OKW. We were emailed this morning that the seller accepted our offer and that our contract would be emailed to us sometime today.
What can I expect from the rest of the resale process?

you fill out a bunch of paperwork and send in some money. after that, here is the info i got back when i bought in:

Once your balance is received along with the signed documents, the file will be closed, the deed will be sent to recording and all funds
will be disbursed. Depending on the recording turnaround time of the County, you should receive your Deed in 4-6 weeks after
closing. Our office will also notify the resort that you are the new owner of record by providing them with a copy of the recorded
Deed.

you should get your membership info from disney within 8 weeks or less if everything goes normally.

I would contact your Broker and find out what their process is, it may be different for each company.
