sell me on sci-fi

We have ressies for H&V but are thinking about changing to sci-fi. sell me on it. what good things do you have about it? Can poo-sized people with BIG bellies fit in the car tables? Is the food worth a TS? How about the kids meals? are they generous or no? Can you get a shake as a drink (kids and adults)? Is the service good? Any experience is welcomed!

Not to be negative, but I would skip it. It looks cool in there but the food is not very good.

I have pics and full review in my March link but I have to say we loved it! I have read lots of bad reviews but we gave it a shot for lunch last month and were so glad we did! Great burgers and onion rings! This TS place is the quietest I have ever been too....great atmosphere

The food is not good, it was fun the first time we went. Go for the atmosphere not the food. We got a shake instead of dessert on the DDP. The cars fit two per seat so as a family of three, DD and I were in the front seat and DH in the back. Very dark and we couldn't even talk to each other. We sat at a table the first time and actually liked it better!

If you go book it for early lunch or early dinner. It seems that throughout the night the service declines. We had to wait 30 minutes past our ADR time and we arrived 15 minutes early. Then they ran out of buns. ...
We didn't even stay for desert because we just wanted OUT of there!!!!!

Come on how does a place that serves mostly burgers run out of buns? You know Disney has to have tons of buns.

Good milkshakes, decent burger, fun atmosphere, something a little different. Expect that (or less) and you'll be pleased. Expect something more and you'll be disappointed.

We happen to like Sci Fi. It is quiet, the shakes are counted as a drink, and the burgers were good. I am not small, and I fit just fine in a car bench seat. Give it a try, and if you don't like it, at least you will have had a cool, quiet place to rest in the middle of the day!

Oh my! I guess we are the minority here but we love Sci-Fi. The atmosphere is really cool and our food was good. Some of the things we have ordered......burgers, blt soup, ribs, reuben sandwich, onion rings, milkshakes, grilled chicken sandwich and an assortment of the desserts.

We loved the Sci Fi! The theme was great and so was the food. We just had burgers and shakes--but we all liked them.

We ate at sci-fi for my b-day last month and we really enjoyed it, I especially loved loved loved the blt soup! As far as being pooh sized, both my hubby and I are a little on the round size, I was comfortable but my DH complained saying he wished he had a little more room.

We love sci-fi it's the one place we make sure we always do, but we're more there for the atmosphere than the food, the food was decent. As said before
we get burgers and shakes and they're good.

We love it too! We ate there for the first time last Sept. and were going back this Sept. The burgers and fries are great and the adult milkshakes were to die for Oohh I could go for a space monkey

Also, DH and I sure aren't pixies, but we fit just fine in the car. Have a great time

Great food. Great Atmosphere. Good, friendly service. A fun place that I would eat at again in a flash!
