What self tanner (as in from the drugstore) would you guys recommend? I need something simple and streak free, reasonably priced that will make my pale pale self look a little better for graduation and all the banquets leading up to it. What do you guys suggest?

I just tried Loreal's new self tanner (I think it's called sublime), it works really well. I also like Nuetrogena's line of selftanners.
Hope this helps!

I've used self tanners in the past and had pretty good success with them. You just have to be very careful.

The one by Coppertone with the self tanner and a moisturizer in one container (kind of green/blue in color), I've used that one and it worked pretty well. Just make sure you put in on as even as you can, and WASH YOUR HANDS afterward. I read in a magazine that mixing the tanner with a moisturizer is a good thing to do. Coppertone has put them both in one container.

The Neutrogena self - tanners look very natural and are reasonably priced. I always use these before going to WDW and have never looked "orange".:wave2:

Do you guys like the foam Neutrogena or the regular? I think I'm mainly looking at that one and the Coppertone...

And yes, I agree that many people look orange when using them, however I haven't seen anyone have that problem in the past few years, as many improvements have been made in the industry...And I only get to graduate from undergrad one time, and I refuse to look pasty in a strapless dress for that or my banquet where I'll be "roasted." I don't do tanning beds anymore, and I didn't love the results from the spray on tan that I did last year (not orange or anything, just didn't last long enough for the amount of trouble to get it). No other way to tan evenly that I know of, as I live in a townhome and doubt my neighbors want me "seriously" tanning in my front lawn.

I have used both the Neutrogena and the Coppertone. I prefer the Coppertone. It seemed to go on more evenly. I would pump out a little (it pumps out of both chambers at the same time) and then I would mix it in my palm with my own regular body lotion and apply it. It worked like a charm! I am very, very white and I bought the med/dark...it looked good. I am always afraid of suddenly looking like I tanned overnight. This made me look like I had a little color, but nothing overwhelming. Hope that helps!

I like the foam Neutrogena - it goes on really evenly.
