self-service laundry at HRH or PBH

We're going to stay at HRH or PBH for 5 night prior to a 7 night Disney Cruise. I really would like to do some laundry prior to leaving Universal, so I don't have to do it on the cruise. Are they're self-service laundries at thest hotel? If there are, where are they located. Thanks!!!!
