Just got back from my WDW trip (I'll post a trip report when I get the time), and took the EPCOT Segway around the world tour.
I don't think it's been mentioned yet, but the tours are now using the 2nd Gen Segway PT which have only been on the market for a few months. It's lighter, and has a stationary T handlebar instead of the curved U style grips of the older models. Steering is actually accomplished by leaning the T-bar left and right, instead of turning a handle grip. Overall the newer model is much more intuitive, although getting on and off takes a little more getting used to.
