Segway Tour

Does anyone know how far in advance you can book these tours? I'd like to book one for Feb 2005 but when I call they are only booking 2004 tours at this time.

Did you you ask them when you could start booking? It probably is 60 days out like most things.

Oh...I had hoped I would be able to make reservations for the Segway for my Feb 05 trip, also..... It will be a bit difficult to coordinate everything...meal resevations to certain parks on certain days...hoping to get on one of the Speciality Cruises...seeing La Nauba..Hmm...decisions...decisions....Do you think I should wait 60 days instead of 90 days to start making resevations for Feb 16th through the 20th......? We have ten people total..

I would just call and tell them the dates of your trip and ask when You can start to try and book this tour. that way you will know for sure. When we booked ours it was in the very beginning of the tour, so we did not have a wait time, that is why I cannot help you on the exact time . You will really enjoy it once you have done. We love it and want to do it again.

I just talked with someone from Disney Recreation and was told you could book the Segway tour up to one year in advance.

Yes, in theory you can book far in advance BUT........

They are "still finalizing their 2005 tour schedule." It should be done soon, so keep checking back.... or something to that effect, per the recording I've heard on the phone menu about 27 times. I've been calling a lot lately It's sure stressful for those of us travelling in Jan. It's hard to plan PS's and character breakfasts and which days we're doing which parks when we don't know when our tours will be!

I called yesterday to find out when I could book. The problem at the moment, as I was told, is that they are moving the tour booking process to another computer system and they are still running tests on the new system. The CM said to try again over the next week or two.
