Segway Tour. How to book?

This tour would be great if they didn't discriminate against Balou sized Disneygoer's. I spoke to a service and support representative at Segway and they tell me that their vehicles are able to perform within specifications wiht a person up to 375lbs. So why does Epcot say that you have to be 250 or less?

Well.. I know why.. because plus sized people's money isn't as good to Disney as those of you who don't have thyroid issues, or genetic dispositions, or maybe are just a big guy who played football for 9 years, the last 5 of which as a Division 1 lineman.

Ok.. just my two cents.. this would have been a fun tour.. now im just PO'ed!

I booked months ago for our October trip. Our credit card was charged at that time. The cost, with a AAA discount was $68/person. We have to show our AAA card at checkin.
I can't wait, this is one of the things I am most anticipating.

I'm going from 10/15-10/22 - I tried four days, the only time I could get was 10/17 at 8:30 am and we got the last two spots. not my fave day as we're doing Universal horror nights the night before, but we'll survive.

Mo,

I'm right there with you!

My gf helped me plan out most of our trip this time in October (her very first 2 week trip was a complete surprise - you can see the earlier posts). But I always like to have a surprise up my sleeve down there. This time, it will be the Segway tour.

Luckily, the 8:30am on 10/21 still had some openings (the 10/22 was fully booked). We had to shuffle our planned Epcot day, but she doesn't know why - just for something special. While she won't enjoy getting up at 7am to be hauled over there...I think she'll be both scared and excited when she sees what we have planned. ;)

We're doing a wonderful cruise 5 days before and 4 days of Disney...and the thing I'm most excited about is the Segway tour - pretty funny... :)

Chris :)
