We did the Segway tour at Epcot last week. It was awesome!

They are adding an additonal daily tour time because so many people have wanted to sign up. You can get a 15 per cent discount off the $80 if you are a Disney Visa card holder.

Oh I wanna do that ssssooooo bad but we have to many "youngsters" in our party. They would be excluded and that wouldn't be very fair.

What day did you do it? DH did it last Tuesday and he was very happy with it too.

My DH and I did it last Saturday and thought it was great.

I'm so excited to do it!

I just found out about it today (July 30th) and I knew that we had to do it, even though we're going on holiday on Sunday!! I called up just to see and they had a space available for two people on August 2nd, which is just perfect! I was worried because people have been booking up to a year in advance and I really wanted to get on it.

I've read only good reviews about it, so I'm really looking forward to Monday!

About 2 weeks ago I booked for Sunday, October 24th and was told that it was sold out!!!! Then the Cast Member laughed and said not to worry because they added another one! I was so relieved but at the same time still couldn't believe that it would fill up so fast! We booked for the 9:30am one and are thrilled to do our 2nd Segway tour, and take my family on their first! If you're really bored you can check out our webpage of pictures and video from our Segway Tour back in March! Segway Tour

We booked our second SEGWAY Tour last May for this coming October 18th, 8:30 tour.

I personally recommend sharktums SEGWAY Tour video- but caution, the score is hard to get out of your head. If you want an idea of what the tour is really like, take a look! Watch for Elissa's graphic and poignant portrayal of "Lucky Cat" in Japan!

Those are cool pictures, but I just wanted to mention that one of the "ground rules" we were given before we stepped onto the Segways on our tour last week was no pictures and no use of any cameras , except at the designated rest/picture stop. At the stop, the tour CMs would take pictures of anyone who wanted. If we wanted pictures, we had to step off/park the Segway to take the pictures at the desgnated area. There was one picture stop area on the tour.
They said that was the rule to keep people's full attention on using the Segway.

DH and I were on the tour last Saturday, July 24 too. I had my lime green ribbon on my waist pouch.

Forgot to mention that you receive a pin at the end of the tour. I am so proud of that pin :teeth:

Yeah, I really liked that pin too. It's neat to have something that only people who have been thru the tour have.

I didn't notice your green ribbon.
Were you one of the wedding anniversary couples?

Yes, 27 years, not the rookies with 2 years.

Our kids are going to Epcot in January. I wonder how far in advance the Segway Tour can be booked?

RumpleMom- we booked for this coming October last May. That's like 5 months.

August to January is five months too! Go for it!
