Segway Tour and Weather

OK - I know I should not be looking at the extended forcast. But I just can't help myslef! Its an addiction!
The forcast has changed repeatedly over the last few days, but the one thing that keeps coming up is winds of up to 20mph FOR THE DAY OF OUR SEGWAY TOUR.
This was the only thing DBF really wanted to do. So, my question is...

WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR THE SEGWAY TOUR TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE OF WEATHER?

I think they just do an inside course if the weather is too bad to go outside. Then they give you partial refund. My DH and BIL did this in Dec. They said it was by far the best thing to do. They road around world showcase before it opened for the day. They all look so cute. You can see them going around world showcase by their white helmets. I am not sure if they change it for wind unless it is extreme, but I am sure someone will know. I have a friend who is a manager at Epcot. If I can get him on the phone, I'll ask him!

It was freezing cold and windy when we did it in December. I believe they only cancel the second half (outside in WS)due to rain. If that's the case, you only do the first hour of the tour and get back half the price. Here are some wishes for you!

I reallyhope it doesn't get cancelled. I don't care at all about the inside part - that seems like the training you have to go through to get to the good part!
We're from NY so it won't bother us if it is a bit cool but doesn't seem like much fun int he rain.
