Seems like paperwork is taking FOREVER!

We added on BLT last Monday and paid a deposit in a CC so that we could get money back on it. Anyway, they took the deposit days ago but I have yet to see any paperwork at all. I am anxious to book so looking forward to the papers coming. Anyone else having the same issue?

After doing the add-on over the phone, it usually takes a week to ten days before the paperwork arrives.

You do not have to wait for the paperwork in order to use the points from your add on. They should be in your account already.

Mine were in my account within hours. I added on the day before BLT opened for reservations in February and booked with those points the very next day. I didn't get the papers until a week later--and then, I ended up changing the contract a few times and didn't actually sign final paperwork until April some time.

Our last add-on took weeks to get the paperwork due to a error. Our points were added to our account in a couple of days. You might want to check your account.

We added on on Mothers Day and the points were in our account and available to use on the following Tuesday, even though the papers had not arrived yet. Check the website.

My paperwork came in about 2-3 days via Fed Ex.
